Anyway, as expected LED Backlit Laptop will have brightness ratings of over 1,680cd/m² as compared to most laptop nowadays are only having brightness rated for 200-400cd/m².

    Skype Cracked (Actually Reverse Engineered)

A stunning blog entry by VOIPWiki revealed that a Chinese company have successfully reverse engineered the famous VOIP software, Skype. Charlie Paglee, blogger of VOIPWiki, received a call to his Skype from his friend who is working in the Chinese company and told him that the call is made through the cloned Skype software.

    Cloned Skype

Quoted: We talked (on the cloned Skype) for a little over nine minutes before the call dropped. Then I called him back using my Skype and we spoke for another three minutes.

This cloned Skype client is able to use Skype’s network and act as one of the Skype clients. Doing so would possibly cause the current Skype Super Nodes and the network to deteriorate once too many non-Skype clients are being used.

    7x Optical Zoom Webcam

Have a webcam? What other purpose you use your webcam for other than having video chat or video conferencing with friends/family? I don’t know about you, but I do use my webcam as a surveillance camera. My webcam is a cheap one (costs about RM25/US$7) and it is able to zoom digitally for about 5x only. As you might have known, the picture quality is not good using digital zoom.

    7x optical zoom webcam

This 7x optical zoom webcam is definitely a perfect webcam to act as a cheap solution for surveillance, while you can zoom more without compromising the picture quality. In fact, this webcam is just like normal CMOS camera of 1.3-millon pixels. However, it has an edge over other webcams as it has a special telephoto lens to get fixed onto it in order to leverage the optical zoom capability!
